If you’re looking for a gentle spray to use in between baths for your yeasty beasty dog, then this post is for you.
I first started to tangle with yeast and allergies in 2016 and have just under 30 articles on this topic alone on my other website maggielovesorbit. After a lot of trials, I finally found the topical spray that cleared my dog from yeast. That was over four years ago.

Today her yeast is kept at bay but she will still get that hint of yeasty smell. And so in between baths, I spray her with a mixture of these three ingredients:
- 2 oz: True Blue Cleansing Spray for its extremely gentle ingredients: chamomile, green tea, grapefruit, macadamia, aloe vera, and vitamin E to name a few.
- 4 grams: MCT Oil: Caprylic acid is a natural anti-fungal that kills yeast cells.
- 10 drops: Grapefruit Seed Extract: Anti-fungal properties can help decrease yeast on the skin.

Instructions: Combine the three ingredients above in an empty bottle or if you don’t have one you can use glass amber bottles from Amazon.
Shake the bottle thoroughly before each application and spray it onto a baby wipe and use it keep your yeasty dog fresh and clean in between baths. You can use it on their belly, paw pads, and face and tear folds. Just be careful not to get it into their eyes.
This is part of the Yeast Cleanse Protocol which you can read about more in detail here.
